friday, saturady passed le.. i was resurrected after dying on thurs.. haha.. nth much. just yesterday very tired after sitting at the table, running here and there in sch for the tkd tournament registration.. yawn... had a lame dream yesterday.. not telling bout it.. i crayz le.. the dream was so stupid!!

sleep is essential for health.. sleep at least eight hours per day.. i seem to be lacking of sleep... everyday in sch wanna sleep... zzzz.... sleepyhead!! wake up n study!! ur results are deproving!! jia you for common test got two weeks to study 4 it.. 2 more months end of year exams coming le.. jia you!! so sad one day before the end of year is my b dae.. wonder if got tkd anot.. tkd rox!! cant live without it.. haha...
