HELLO!
I have been in HK for almost a week now! And omg, I'm still very tired from doing so many things.
1. My early 21st Birthday Celebration! It was a month early lah. lol. It was good though. Hosting a party is tiring, but yeap, its worth it. Really a huge thank you to all my relatives and friends that came and to my friends and family that helped with the decor! Love you all!
I received a lot of presents!! And of course, most was what I wanted.. hehe. A polaroid camera, a portable charger, a bunny, a bag, earphones.... and many many angpows! But sadly, most of them are back in Singapore. I only have bunny and portable charger with m in hk.. I will go back and enjoy using them after my SEP!
2. PACKING for HK! Oh my, it was a huge headache. So many things to bring so many things forgotten! I didnt bring all my fave food/drinks, didnt bring my CD extention for my laptop, didnt bring proper collared blouse... sigh.. so many things forgotten.. but its tooo late! Well, this means.... More shopping in HK! haha oh yeahhh!
3. Settling down and travelling in HK.
Upon arriving, I went with my parents to their hotel to put their luggages down. After that, we took a cab to my school to check into the hall. Worried and scared of who my room mate will be, i found out that she is a singaporean too! haha its a good thing! Its better to have someone more familiar around compared to others. =D
After settling down everything, I went out with my parents to causeway bay and mongkok to shop around and bought necessities. then there was orientation talks. boring..... then the food! oomg, i have never seen so much food for a buffet before. not only were there so much food, there was so many variety! but there were alot of broccolis hahaha. after settling school admin stuff, i went out of school during the weekends to spend time with my parents.
Lantau Island! Together with Hui En and Xiangyun, we went to a char chaan teng to eat brunch, then headed to take a cable car to lantau! the view was so nice! but too bad it was so foggy =/ it was a tiring day, walking here and there, climbing up to see the big buddha, taking photos, etc etc. But it was good =)
Macau! Again, together with Hui En and Xiangyun, we went to take a ferry to macau! the weather was so hot on that day and thankfully, we followed a tourguide so it was quite chill. took many photos too! Had good noodles, good egg tarts, some bird's nest drink. haha. My parents and xiangyun went into the casino while I stayed outside with hui en. I was allowed to enter but hui en wasn't. Not being a fan of gambling, I accompanied hui en and we went to camwhore and drink bird's nest. haha.
4. Lessons! I had 2 days of lessons already. OHMY the chem mods are just BORING! was yawning awaaaaaaaay. 13-14 more weeks to endure! in the meanwhile, just chill and pass everything. no need A what.. scared what? hehhh. =P
